He is another thug who has been arrested before. This 2006 Assault with Intent to Kill charge was dismissed by the solicitor after it had been pending for three years.
Smith pled guilty to this 2010 Assault & Battery 2nd Degree. He was given probation and we are told in the sentence he also has a case in Berkeley County. He has a lot of cases in Berkeley County. We are swamped and don't have time to grab them all, but feel free to search for yourself. He also has a prior weapons charge in Dorchester County - shooting into a house.
The charges below are the ones he was arrested for on Friday.
Maybe they ought to keep this one in jail for a while.

ReplyDeleteIf this was a Travon incident i would let yall kno he didn't kill nobody...Everybody changes how you kno that he aint goin through something because he got shot keep in mind dat he aint get in trouble in a min or is yall just mad cause when he do something yall can neva find him yall gotta get us marshals to come an get him...But like i said everybody goes through bs in life an u never kno wha causes a person to do what they do...I don't see yall putting people who kill there children or police that break the law on here or people who actually did something serious cause if you look at it there is people out there who make his charges look simple...Btw what is your definition of a thug
ReplyDeleteCriminal is criminal. It doesn't matter if he managed to stay under the police radar for six months or a year between offenses. He is a repeat offender and needs to be locked down behind steel and concrete. Period.
ReplyDelete"We" have never looked for this criminal. "We" are not in that business. "We" do like it when the U.S. Marshals come in, though, because they don't play.
Please post comments that make sense or indicate you have actually made an effort to read and comprehend what is written here. The pages of this blog are filled with people who have broken the law. And yes - we have put up posts criticizing police, prosecutors and courts. Just because you choose to skip over them doesn't mean they don't exist.

ReplyDeleteMichael broke the law, he didn't stop for a blue light, he beat a woman TWICE, he was selling crack and the date rape drug. What exactly constitutes doing something "serious" to you?
Thank you for pointing out that when he breaks the law he runs or goes into hiding and the US Marshals have to be called in. By saying that you are telling the readers and owners of this blog that not only is he a law breaking, useless piece of crap thug, but that he is also a COWARD. Interesting how these thugs can pretend to be so big and bad, yet they run crying, like babies in the end. You know what they say, If you can't run with the big dogs, get off the porch.. So you might want to go chain your useless, whimpy dog up to the tree in case he runs away again.
