Trenton Correctional Institution

We have seen these photos on a number of profiles. We aren't sure which profile is his, but we are still investigating. The reason we decided to profile him is to prove just how prevalent cell phones are in our prison system. In one photo, taken with a cell phone, you can see the inmate talking on another cell phone. The closest we could come to an actual name is Kevin McCollum. The date of birth is only one day off and his prison mugshot looks similar to the two photos. If someone has better or additional information, let us know.
