Andre Lamar Scott was in the process of raping a woman near the Discovery School on McMillan Avenue in North Charleston. Unfortunately for him some citizens decided to "Stand Up" and took his ass down. He didn't even have a chance to pull up his pants. You can find his Facebook pages HERE and HERE.

I'd be VERY interested to know why his sentence was DEFERRED in December of last year. If he had been SENTENCED and sent to SCDC like he SHOULD have been, that sexual assault would NOT HAVE HAPPENED. He pled GUILTY. That should have been it. I think it was Deadre Jefferson that deferred his sentencing for unknown reasons. Maybe she'll take his ass seriously this time.

ReplyDeleteCould you possibly include this link in a feature on Chasthuglife? PLEASE? I know it's a lot to ask, but I'm asking nicely! The "girls" (I use that term very loosely) pled guilty to 2nd degree A&B. No jail. I think it shows a mob mentality that we ALL need to be aware of.
