Zachary Lamar Mikell was arrested with Cavin Snipe for that armed robbery in downtown Charleston. Then he decided to display his superpower - Super Stupidity - and attack a few police officers. He ain't the brightest bulb, that's for sure. You can find his Thugbook page under the name "Zachary TrapSr Mikell". Just the usual weed smoking stuff there, but there is an interesting video of some baby-mama-drama in a parking lot. The fellow recording the fight says some interesting things toward the end. We will leave the interpretation to you.
Mikell has quite a criminal history and it seems he spent a few years as the favorite charity of the 9th Circuit Solicitor's Office.

We can't help but wonder how many of those charges the 9th Circuit Solicitor will dismiss.

Snipe Hunt?
Back in February we did a Dead Right There piece on Miguel Snipe. That surname was in the news again this weekend with the arrest of Cavin Snipe, of 2205 Suffolk Street, on armed robbery charges by Charleston P.D. Cavin Snipe was apparently with Miguel Snipe when he achieved Dead Right There status and was shot in the arm, but Cavin refused to cooperate with authorities investigating the murder. Way to stand up for your cousin, Cavin.
Let's check out the "about" section of his Thugbook page first. You can find it under the name "OscEnt MaconBoi Ls".
We didn't find an adult criminal history for Cavin in Berkeley, Charleston or Dorchester counties, other than a couple of traffic offenses and the most recent arrest. Unusual. However, Cavin self-identifies as being a member of the drug dealing crew from Osceola Street we profiled here.
The latest charges are:
Armed Robbery - $500,000 bond
Possession of a Weapon During a Violent Crime - $100,000 bond.
Note: We have been rather impressed with Judge Lombard and her bonds lately. It looks like we will have to change her moniker to Judge Linda "100k" Lombard. Keep it up.

We Try to Help the NAACP - Seriously!
Dot "Da Dumbass" Scott is at it again - trying to gin up racial controversy where none exits. She claims a recent study by the ACLU regarding marijuana arrests show police nationwide are racially profiling the poor, downtrodden black who is only trying to escape the racism by smoking a little weed now and then.
First of all, any study done by the American Criminal Liberties Union is suspect right from the start. Sheriff Cannon was right to call this particular piece of work "biased". The ACLU and the National Association Advocating for Criminal People are organizations with a history of glossing over certain glaring facts in order further their agendas.
In this particular case they fail to point out that the bulk of police services and resources are sucked up by the black community at a disproportionate rate. Think about it. Which neighborhoods have the most crime and violence? Yep, black neighborhoods. Don't believe it? Watch the local news any night of the week. Watch the national news. Wasn't it the glorious city of Chicago, that bastion of welfare and gun control, which had seven murdered and thirty injured in shootings in black neighborhoods this past weekend? Yep, it sure was.
Now, Da Dumbass and her organization don't like it when facts like those are pointed out. They don't think logically, like the rest of us do. If black neighborhoods have the most crime, it naturally follows that the police will concentrate on those neighborhoods. The National Assholes Advancing Criminal Propaganda believe if there is a lot of violent crime in the Waylyn neighborhood the cops should, of course, be trolling around places like Coosaw Creek or Kiawah and arresting people for weed.
The solution is simple, Dot. Disperse the racists in your organization throughout the black neighborhoods. Yeah, we know - those are dangerous areas and you don't feel safe there, but you really have to put boots on the ground to accomplish this. Once you gather up your courage and wander into those neighborhoods, start telling "your people" to stop committing crimes. If the crime rate drops significantly, the police will be able to concentrate on other things, in other areas. When that happens the number of homies going to jail for having a spliff will taper off to levels commensurate with the rest of the population.
See? Simple solution. All it requires in order to achieve it is for you to be honest, face facts, and get out the word. Yeah, we know, the whole honesty and facing facts thing is a bitch. But hey, any organization who can turn out almost every homeless crackhead to vote for the first affirmative action president should be able to accomplish it.

Finally - Some Violent Crackas!
Looks like the white thugs are finally getting in on the action. "Brent Peets" and "Travis Fender" are charged with a June 12th shooting in West Ashley. They are said to have blasted two people, a male and a female, at Honey Ridge Villas on Oakmont Avenue. They went on the run, but U.S. Marshalls tracked them down.
Peets has a criminal history in both Berkeley and Charleston counties dating back to at least the age of 16.
2006 Charges (Berkeley County):
2nd Degree Burglary - The 9th Circuit Solicitor sent this charge to Family Court. No disposition listed.
February and March of 2009 were busy months for Peets.
2009 Charges (Berkeley county)
Grand Larceny over $5,000 - Dismissed by the 9th Circuit Solicitor.
1st Degree Burglary - Allowed to plead to the lesser offense of 2nd Degree Burglary by the 9th Circuit Solicitor. Pled guilty in February of 2010 before Judge Kristie Harrington. Sentenced under YOA to a term not to exceed six years.
Kidnapping - Dismissed by the 9th Circuit Solicitor.
Note: 1st Degree Burglary, Kidnapping and Grand Larceny charges usually indicate a home invasion.
2009 Charges (Charleston County):
Grand Larceny - Dismissed by the 9th Circuit Solicitor.
Two counts of 2nd Degree Burglary - Pled guilty in March of 2010 before Judge Roger Young. Judge Young also gave him a YOA sentence not to exceed six years. Apparently you can stack up one YOA sentence after another.
Fender has an adult criminal record in Berkeley County:
2009 Charges:
Receiving Stolen Goods - Pled guilty in November of 2011 before Judge Kristie Harrington. Sentenced to two years, suspended in favor of two years of probation and payment of restitution. The judge was even kind enough to give him credit for the couple of hours he served in jail before making bond.
2010 Charges:
PWID Marijuana and PWID Marijuana Near a School - Dismissed by the 9th Circuit Solicitor four days after Fender pled guilty to the above charges.
Scarlett Wilson then sued Fender for the cash seized from him at the time of his drug arrest. The record indicates the case was settled by the parties. Either he signed the cash over or Wilson gave it back to him. We find it interesting it took two years for the 9th Circuit Solicitor to file.
There you have it folks - cracka thugs shooting up West Ashley!!
